Job Description:
Clear Channel Outdoor El Paso is looking for an experienced sales person with a media sales background for its team. This is an outside sales position that requires an individual who is a self- starter, quick learner, thinks on their feet, good at uncovering client needs and is prepared to develop business through cold calling, networking, etc. as well managing and growing existing business. Candidate must be skilled at utilizing available resources in marketing, operations and sales to represent Clear Channel Outdoor in the best possible light. This position is salary plus commission.
Job Requirements:
4+ years successful sales experience. Candidates must reside in the El Paso area or be willing to relocate on their own to El Paso. Knowledge of the El Paso / Southern New Mexico areas is preferred. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be willing to make cold calls daily, be highly motivated, and be great at persuasion.Must have the ability to understand and cacluate basic mathematical equations. This position requires someone with integrity and honesty that is willing to be an accountable member of our team.Must have a good driving record and a valid instate driver’s license.
Education Requirements:
College 4-year graduate in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
